Most in-stock product orders are processed within 3-5 business days, if you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday it will ship on a Monday or business day.

When your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. Please note that if you do not receive your package within our shipping time or your package is missing items, please contact customer service within one week. Also, if you see a package being returned to the sender, we will check it for you as soon as possible. Please note that we need to confirm that the package has been returned to our overseas warehouse before we can reship it for you.

Any delivery date given by us is our best estimate only, and we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in the delivery of your order. If the package is returned due to the customer's failure to pick up the package in time, wrong address, or other reason, we will reserve the right to ask you to pay twice the delivery cost for redelivery or refund.
