Return Policy

This return policy only applies to customers who ordered electric scooters on our website.

You may cancel your order for a full refund until you receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you cancel or refuse delivery after your order has shipped, you will be responsible for $100-$350 in original and return shipping (varies by model and shipping). We cannot block or cancel orders that have already shipped, we appreciate your understanding.

We currently do not allow returns on accessory orders. All accessory purchases are final. If you are unsure whether the accessory you are ordering will work with your bike, please email service@obarter-shop.com to confirm before ordering. Additionally, you can cancel your accessory order if you do not receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

NOTE: Returns will only be processed if the item is returned to us, no exceptions, we will not be able to process returns if the package is still in transit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be: Unused and in the same condition as you received it, and there must be a good reason for the return. Additionally, items must be in their original packaging. For any return or exchange, we may, at our sole discretion, charge you $100-$350 for original shipping plus return shipping (varies by model and shipping). If you order Products by mistake, you will be charged in accordance with this policy.

In addition, within 15 days of arrival, if the product has major defects and damages, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, and the shipping cost does not need to be borne by the customer. If this happens, please send photos/videos of the damaged product to service@obarter-shop.com.

return method
In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return any bikes to our warehouse without contacting us for approval.

step 1. Email your order number and delivery date toservice@obarter-shop.com within 15 days of product delivery.
Step 2. Take video/photos of all packaging and items.
Step 3. Once we accept your return request, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Step 4. Once the item is received, we will inspect the item and process the refund. It may take another 3-5 business days to fully process your return and issue a refund upon delivery. You will be notified when the refund has been issued.


Note: Please contact us at service@obarter-shop.com and get our written approval before returning an item. Any products returned without acceptance will not be refunded.

Late or lost refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.

Please note that our pricing is based in U.S. dollars and may fluctuate slightly based on real-time currency exchange rates in various locations when you receive your refund.
