Return & Refund Policy:
Please kindly contact us if you want to change or cancel your order before the order has been processed (typically within 12 hours). Your order could be modified or refunded before we ship out the item. The refund will be processed after our staff has confirmed the situation with you.
Products purchased from https://www.kugooescooters.com/ can only be returned in one of the following situations:
1.If there is any quality problem within seven days of receiving the scooter, you can initiate a return application, preferably with a photo or video of where the product was damaged and our company will bear all shipping costs for the return. The scooter must be packed and returned in the original packaging when returning. Please contact the website after-sales staff in time if you need to return the product. After approval by KuKirin, Customer Support will share the corresponding return address with you, products can be returned as long as they are in their original packaging and accompanied by all accessories and manuals. The customer is responsible for good packaging.
Please return the product and provide the tracking number and query link to KuKirin within 7 days. Otherwise, the request will be processed as expired.
Product is shipped out (cancellations):
Once a parcel is dispatched and cannot be intercepted, kindly contact our support team to initiate a return upon receiving the parcel. Please note that you will be responsible for the associated shipping fees.
2. The shipped product is wrong/does not match the display on the website. You must apply for a return within 7 days after delivery/collection.
3. Our website does not support unconditional returns (customers do not like the product and need to return the wrong product. The customer needs to bear the shipping costs of the product). If the customer insists on returning the product, it must be ensured that the Please get in touch with the website after-sales staffroduct is in its original unopened state. The customer needs to bear the shipping costs of the scooter, which range from 150-230 euros.
4. Damaged scooters are not supported for return. We can repair them for customers but cannot return them. We cannot resell damaged scooters after they are returned. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
5. If the scooter is not damaged and has been disassembled and has no signs of use and the customer requests a return for his reasons, we will only refund the customer half of the product price, minus the shipping cost of sending and returning the scooter. (If the customer sends the scooter back by himself, we will only charge the shipping cost of sending the product)
6. For products returned due to logistics reasons, our company will bear the shipping cost and resend them. If the customer places an order with an incorrect address, the customer needs to bear the shipping cost of re-issuing the product. If the customer refuses to accept the product, the customer needs to bear the shipping cost of sending and returning the product, ranging from 100 to 200 euros.
7. If the customer purchases the wrong accessories and wants to return the product, the customer needs to send the accessories back to our warehouse by himself, and the refund will be minus the shipping cost of sending the accessories.
Refund processing:
After we receive and inspect your returned product and verify its serial number, we will notify you to approve or reject the refund. If the return is approved, we will refund the money through the original payment method. You will receive the refund within 2-7 working days. The refund is subject to the above restocking fee and return shipping fee.
Damage and Problems:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Note: Due to the new policy released by Paypal, if you want to cancel your purchase, the handling fee is 5% of the total order value.
